Ingredients:
potatoes-4 PCs –
carrots-2 PCs –
boiled sausage "Doctor" - 500 g
chicken eggs – 5 PCs.
pickled or pickled cucumbers, large – 4 PCs.
canned green peas - 1 jar
mayonnaise
greens, salt-to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil the eggs for 7-10 minutes (until almost ready, "hard boiled").
2. Thoroughly washed, but not peeled potatoes and carrots boil in slightly salted water until tender (about 30 minutes). Get out of the water and clean – so easier.
3. Chop carrots and potatoes into cubes.
4. Slice the sausage into cubes.
5. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
6. Eggs pass through the ball-cutter (a wire mesh can be cut manually)
7. Add in salad green polka dots, pre-draining water.
8. Add in salad mayonnaise. If necessary, salt.
