I think our family’s way of life is healthy cause we have some habits.
Firstly we all go running every morning.( we do everything together). Then my mom cooks only healthy food such as salads, porridges, cakes with no sugar.
We drink a lot of water, about 6-7 glasses per day. No one of us smokes and drinks any soda and alcohol. In my opinion, our way of life is very healthy.
