I know following English-speakers countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the Bahamas, Nigeria, Guam.

Yes and no. Englishmen and Americans speak the same language. But there are some differences between British English and American English.
