Open the brackets and put the verbs into the proper tense form

When I was a child summer was my favourite season be cause I 1...(have) a very good time.Usually I 2...(wake up) at 9 o'clock and 3...(tun) to the river 4...(swim).My dog Spotty usually 5...(go) with me.I 6...(like) to splash in the shallow water.Sometimes I 7...(throw) the ball in to the river and Spotty 8...(bring) it back.Together we 9....(go) to the nearest farm and 10 ...(watch) the cows.They 11...(be) very big but I 12...(not be) afraid of them.

When I was a child summer was my favourite season be cause I had a very good time. Usually I wokeup at 9 o'clock and ran to the river to swim. My dog Spotty usually went with me. I liked to splash in the shallow water. Sometimes I threw the ball in to the river and Spotty brought it back. Together we went to the nearest farm and watched the cows. They were very big but I wasn't afraid of them.
