You write that you want to keep to a diet, but you should be careful. Eat a lot of vegetables. You should stop eating junk food. Also avoid eating sugary and fatty food. Do not forget to drink water.
It is very good that you like swimming. You can also take long walks every day. You should sleep not less than 8 hours.
