MY FIRST JOB
When I was 19 I (1) … out of my university course and ended up getting a job in a local travel agent's. I'd seen the (2) ... for the job in the local paper. I spent that morning and every morning for the first three months filling (8) … forms and making coffee for the rest of the staff. (9) … I was hoping to be dealing with travel-hungry people with a good idea of where they wanted to go. the (10) ... customer took ages to make their mind (11) … .It was amazing the number of customers who would spend ages finding the perfect destination only to have a change (12) ... heart at the last moment.
