There are many great Russian writers but my favourite one is Leo Tolstoy. In my opinion, his books are interesting, and educational in many ways.
For example, “War and Peace” is the best novel Leo Tolstoy had ever written. It’s full of moments where people go through hardships in their lives, including the First World War.
You can also get into his other writings. If you read “Anna Karenina”, it will absolutely make you fall in love with Leo Tolstoy. The story just proves how amazing and wise he is.
His novels are bestsellers all over the world. Many foreign people love to read his texts because they also think that they are healing. I think the same too.
Leo Tolstoy was not only a writer. He also did a lot of charity work, according to his biography, he used to have a school for homeless, or sick kids. He was a kind and generous person.
I’m happy to have the opportunity to read his books. You can always read them in the library, or go to the books store and buy it. People like him make the country and the nation proud.
