Нужно тут про свою комнату, но можно так:
1. There is a desk in my bedroom.
2. There are posters on the wall.
3. There aren’t three windows in my room.
5. There is a wardrobe in my bedroom.
6. There isn’t a carpet on the floor.
7. There aren’t four chairs in my room.
8. There is a bookcase in my room.
Если упражнение на there is/there are, то можно сделать так. Так используются все варианты.
