1) When it's raining all is wet ,cold, windy, dull and dirty around. Our mood becomes worse. There are not so many people outside and we feel like staying at home with a cup of hot tea.
2) When the Sun is shining and the Sky is cloudless , it's like a new life! Everything looks fresh, new. It's impossible to stay at home and the mood is great! Pavements are clean and dry. There are lots of bright colors around!
