Once people ate seasonal food that farmers used to grow, and then prepared it by hand. Today most of us are dependant on food industry. We buy food in supermarkets and often eat in restaurants. Plenty of unhealthy food is sold everywhere. It is fairly inexpensive. The food marketers spend a lot of money to make sure we keep buying it. During the past century technological achievements and medical knowledge have made people’s lives longer but they also gave birth to many things that are in the way of our personal harmony.
