If you don’t like sport I can recommend you to do some exercise early in the morning. It will help your brain and muscles feel better whole day. Of course without good food you can’t be healthy. Try not to eat a lot of junk food and choose homemade meal. The best thing you can do for your body is to drink two or 3 L of water every day. We are consist of water so we need to drink it a lot to feel good. If you drink less water you you will have a big chance to be dehydrated. Dehydration it’s a bad time for your health so keep your feet drink a lot of water and love yourself
