Dear Sirs, I am writing to inform you that yesterday I delivered three pizzas from your restaurant by your delivery service. The food went for a very long time. For 3 hours I was waiting for my order and when i finally got it, all three pizzas were stale and had a terrible smell. Such a disrespectful attitude towards customers, it is unacceptable you really disappointed me. Take action!
