Egg - 4 Pieces
Butter - 100 Grams
Sugar - 200 Grams
Raisin - 100 Grams
Candied - 100 Grams
Vanillin - 2 Grams
Step-by-step instruction
1. Prepare a brew: in warm milk we will dissolve the yeast.
2. Add 300 g of sifted flour, mix well, cover with a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
3. Then add yolks, whipped with sugar and vanilla, to the dough and gently mix.
4. Then enter the softened butter and mix again.
5. And whipped into a cool foam with a pinch of salt proteins. Slowly and gently mix.
6. Then add the rest of the sifted flour and mix it first with a spoon and then with your hands.
7. Knead the dough until it begins to stick out of your hands and becomes elastic. Cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for about 1 hour.
8. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Then it needs to be dried and poured flour.
9. When the dough has risen, add the candied fruit and raisins. Gently mix and give 30 minutes to fit.
10. We spread the dough in the form of cakes, filling 1/3 of the form. We shift the forms on a baking sheet and cover with a towel, let them fit.
11. Then send the pan to the oven heated to 180 degrees. We bake cakes for about 40 minutes. But be sure to watch them: the little ones will be ready in 25 minutes.
12. Decorate slightly cooled cakes with icing and confectionary dressing.
