A proverb
says, ‘To lengthen your life lessen your meal.’ It means that if people eat a
lot they’ll become obese and unhealthy. Moreover, people who eat too much have shorter
lives that those who don’t. It is undoubtedly true that people who eat healthy
food in normal quantities live longer. These people are happier with their
lives than people who are overweight. To sum up, the proverb is very wise and
we should follow it to be healthier, happier and to live longer.
