There are a lot of answers to the question. Basically, healthy food is very important, because it’ll help you live a long life without illnesses. In the 21st century it’s very hard to eat healthy food. Nowadays, there are a lot of chemicals that produce bad condition to human health. I try not to get fancy to fast food, as now or then it’ll get harmful from time to time. For instance, in the Soviet Union nothing spoiled or unhealthy was permitted. People weren’t frightened of getting ill. These days nobody cares about disadvantages of unhealthy food. Even when you go on sports, your trainer makes you eat more vegetables, fruits, water. It’s advice for whole life. Let’s eat more healthy food and stay healthy till the end!
