Nowadays healthy life-style is gaining more and more popularity. Today everybody wants to be fit, feel good, look slim and stay young. Everyone who wants can participate in sports activities in our country. Many fitness clubs and public leisure centers have been built during the past years. Lots of people realize that only thanks to a healthy lifestyle they can avoid serious illnesses. I try to be in shape for I wish to be healthy. Health cannot be bought or borrowed. To tell the truth I do not go in for sports, I am fond of such activities that allow me to keep fit at home. I start with running then I take exercise programs. As for teenagers, most of them can be fond of dancing, walking and jogging in the open air in our region. It also includes the right way of eating. You need to get all types of vitamins to keep your body healthy. You should eat fruit and vegetable because they contain a lot of important vitamins and one of them is vitamin C. Fruit and vegetables also have fiber, which is very important for our health. I try to lead a healthy life, because I like feeling and happy.

I like skiing most of all. Almost every year my brother and I ride to the ski base. Choosing the most extreme path, we start the game, who will reach the finish first. From this game we get so much adrenaline that is enough for the whole year.
