I don't think it would be better to go back to the caves and live in tribes. Those times life was not easy at all. A man had to fight, protect his family, get food. There was no time for leisure. Besides it a man is traditionally aimed at progress. Even f we returned to our past our children would dream about their future.
But I agree that there are many people who are tired of civilization. The best way out for them is to go to the country and live there in a small cottage. But I still prefer to live in a big city full of people, cars, high buildings. I am young and I think that I can do something good for the future generations.
The most difficult thing for a man is to keep fit. Everybody should eat healthy food, go in for sports and so on.
