COOKING PROCESS
Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
Heat part of the milk, salt and mix thoroughly with beaten eggs and sugar.
Add flour to the mixture gradually, constantly mixing so that there are no lumps.
Add a little soda, salt and oil. Mix.
Add the rest of the milk and beat. The dough should be moderately liquid.
Preheat the pan.
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden.
