Hello, Mickey! I want to ask you about your lifestyle, do you have a healthy one, or you prefer to drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes and e.t.c?
Because I`ve never drunk alcohols and smoked cigarettes in my life.
I refer all of such stuff to a human`s poison against humans, poison that we drink ourselves, breath into our lungs and get a lot of problems afterwards.
I maintain a healthy lifestyle, i do a lot of push-ups, sit-ups and exercise myself. I also have a healthy diet consists of: fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, salads, porridges and calcium-products.
I don`t like any froast chickens, fast foods, chips, milk chocolate, twix.
I eat it only in small portions, because there is a lot of fats and sugar in them.
