It turned out that I had not gone very far, and our camp was behind two bushes. After this incident, my grandmother told me that as soon as I realized that I was lost, I should scream and call for help. Now I know that if I lose sight of the adults again, I will stop where I am and call out to them so that I don't get lost any more.
