Are my habits healthy? That's a good question. There are habits in every person's life. Some of them disappear with time, others can stay for a long time - even for the rest of our lives! I had different habits as a kid. At that time, I occasionally snipped my nose. It annoyed my parents terribly. They didn't know what to do with it. Naturally, it didn't look healthy.
When I grew up, that habit disappeared by itself. I suppose it was influenced by the growing up period. When I got older, I had a habit of biting my lip when I was really nervous. It was noticeable in public, but uncritical. After a while, that habit disappeared too, and I didn't have any more habits. I don't have any bad habits either. I don't drink or smoke, I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I believe that bad habits are evil, because most of them, one way or another, cause irreparable damage to health, cause diseases. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, and try not to have bad habits in your life. It is better to have a few good habits that may come in handy at home than those that cause suffering.
