I think it's very important to do sport, it's important for our body. You need spend about 3 hours outdoors and during this time you'd better do sport. In addition, you should eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits it has a lot of different vitamins. And better it's do regularly.For example, I eat 3-4 times a day and I have different meals. It contains fish, bread, soups and so on. To be a heathy person you should do sport, every morning do exircises, eat heathy food etc..
So to be healthy and strong you should definitely change your meals and do sport. Be heathy, it's cool!
