Hello, Emily! In your previous letter you shared your cookies recipe with me, so I decided to tell you my family recipe of cookies, too.
For cooking them you're need:
cottage cheese 250 gr
flour 200 gr
sugar 100 gr
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100 gr of butter
vanilla extract and some salt
First, mix warm (but not melted) butter with sugar, than stir eggs with butter, a little bit vanilla and salt. After that, add your cottage cheese and flour into the bowl and mix. Now your cookie dough is ready!
Turn on your oven for about 180 degrees, form cookies from dough and put them on your pan.
Bake your cookies for about 12 minutes and enjoy!!!
