Two weeks ago you recommended this holiday resort to me.Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the conditions and procedures of the resort.
My room was not tidied up by the staff upon my arrival, there was no water in the bathroom to take a normal shower!
I can endure a broken TV or Wi-Fi, but not air conditioning! The room was very stuffy and hot! Disgrace!
Also, the resort staff was very rude towards vacationers. One girl even doused me with my own tea! I have a burn! And my friend with whom I arrived was poisoned by local food!
Masseurs performed their work very painfully, my back still hurts!
I demand my money back for a low-quality vacation! Sitting with a sore back, in sweat and without a guarantee for safe food is not a vacation!
I hope you hear me, return my money and tidy up this evil resort!
