4)She moved to Portugal after seeing a newspaper advert for an English teacher.

5)Settling in Edinburgh with her baby daughter late in 1993, she continued writing in her spare time, while studying on a teacher training course.

6)But JK Rowling was actually only paid an advance of £2,500 for the first book in 1997 by Bloomsbury Publishing.
