Правило такое:
Для местоимений I, we, you, they и существительных во множественном числе используется форма HAVE GOT, а для местоимений he, she, it и существительных в единственном числе – форма HAS GOT.

3 Has your father got a car? (your father = he)
4 Has Carol got many friends? (Carol = she)
5 Have Mr and Mrs Lewis got any children? (Mr and Mrs Lewis = they)
6 How much money have you got?
7 What kind of car has John got? (John = he)
