I think every child has the right to study for free. Some parents haven't got the ability to pay for school, so this is a big problem to the family. If there are more that one children in the family- it's even worse! To them paying for school means no clubs nor holidays.
But even if your family is rich, people should get knowledge for free! It's something everyone should have.
