Nowadays sport plays an important role in peoples lives. Some people prefer to watch different sports events, others choose to take part in the sport games. So, now I want to tell you about one of the most grandiose sport event - Sochi Olimpics.
Many people watched it on TVs or visited it personally and many sportsmen from different countries took part in competitions. I think that it is necessary to conduct such events, because of emerging national consciousness and sporting culture of each nation.
This year Russia showed itself better then other countrise. Russian sportsmen won the most medals, but as many people say :"the main thing is not to wining but to taking part"
