Подчеркнутые глаголы не Perfect Progressive, a просто Perfect.  В Perfect Progressive
нужен процесс и результат, а в Perfect просто результат.
Он уже написал восемь книг.
Они уже помыли пол и отполировавшими мебель.  И там и там просто результат.
