In your letter you asked about our national gallery. Well, your letter made me go to the Tretyakov Picture Gallery. It was founded in the 19th century. A lot of pictures by famous Russian artists are exhibited there. It’s famous all over the world. You see, your decision to go to a medical school was quite a surprise for me.
