deal it as
[x^3 - xy^2 ]+[ x^(2)y - y^3]
x[x^2 - y^2 ]+ y[x^2 - y^2]
taking x^2 - y^2 as common we can write
(x^2 - y^2)(x+y)
x^2 - y^2=(x+y)(x-y)
so it can be written as
(x+y)(x-y)(x+y) or (x+y)^2(x-y)
