Walt Disney, a famous American producer, was born in 1901. He wasn'n a good student at school because he was interested in movie house and drawing. After the First World War he managed to set up his own film company. He loved cartoons and full of ideas. He had clear ideas of what he wanted.
Children and grown-ups have watched his films about funny Donald Duck, brave Mickey Mouse, beautiful Snow White, little Bambi and loving Mary Poppins.
Disney's cartoon films are popular all over the world.
