Nowadays , many people think that a special diet help them to keep fit. On the contrary , other people consider that diet have disadvantages. I can understand this point of view.
On the one hand , I am for following a diet. People follow a diet , because they think that is the best way to lose weight. And I feel the same. People dreams of a beautiful body and they aim at it. In my opinion , diets are a good opportunity to lose excess weight. There is the concept of "proper nutrition" including a balanced amount of proteins , fats and carbohydrates. In my view , the proper nutrition contribute to cleanse the organism from useful substances.
On the other hand , doctors are against following a diet , because if people ignore the rules of diet , it will leads to awful consequences. Therefore , the best way to lose weight is doing sport. From my point of view , if you lose excess weight you will need to keep fit , because nobody likes flabby body. Moreover , dieting lowers your metabolic rate , so when you return to your normal food intake , you will put on weight even faster than before.
To sum up , I think that following a diet is necessary only on the doctor's recommendations. As for me , sport is the best way to keep fit. Sport warn people against dying.
