I think that a good neighbour should be: friendly,helpful and kind. He always comes to help you.He always forgives you.But not all the neighbours so. Some neighbours can be despicable and even dangerous. They are dirty( they do not observe cleanliness) They do not want to make their beds and they do not want to speak with you at all.It all means that you are not so lucky. But you should not be so upset.Try to talk to him maybe it will help!!
