1)If you are a thin person, i would recommend for you to eat a lot of meat.Specially chicken.Increase times of eating.Eat at least 6 times a day(small portions).For breakfast have eggs and toasts with jam.After 1-2 months you l see the result.
2)If you are a fat person, then i would recommend to have more vegetables and fruits.Try to eat everything slowly and then you will get stuffed fast.Try to put away things like chicken,eggs,sausages and sweet things out of youre diet.After 1-2 months you will see the result.
