The town of Santa Maria in
Peru was struck by an earthquake early yesterday morning.
Fifty people have been reported missing.
Emergency medical supplies are now being sent to the town by other countries.
Shelters are being built by volunteers.
The injured are bieng treated by Red Cross doctors.
Others have been taken by ambulances to a hospital in a nearby city.
