You must wear skates. You can hit other players.
Football:
You can score goals. You can use your hands (if you are goalkeeper). You can touch the ball with your head. You can't wear a helmet.
Tennis:
You can serve over the net. You can wear white clothes. You can't touch the net with the racket.
