Explanation: If you have "at the moment" in your sentence it means that you have to use Present Progressive/Continuos, which is -ing. (being) and it is Passive voice because somebody is questioning those representatives.
2. I was introduced to my new boss yesterday.
Explanation: Somebody introduced me, so we use passive voice. If it was active voice, we would use I introduced myself.
3. He met her in the cafe.
Explanation: The other one doesn't make sense, because here we have Active Voice, someone met someone.
4. When the parents arrived, the problem had been sorted.
