Secondly, just stop eating fast food and junk food, you should pay more attention to healthy food. Thirdly, always eat at the same time every day. Fourthly, you should abstain from meat, chicken and fish are the best when you are on diet. So, that`s all I know about diets, but I think you should consultate with the dietolog about your problem. Personaly I`m not a fan of diets, so I can advise you just not to eat junk food and do a lot of sports.
