На протяжении долгого времени люди постоянно спорят о том, что же на самом деле важно для успешной карьеры - талант или упорство. Одни люди уверенно говорят, что только упорство и целеустремленность являются необходимыми составляющими успеха. Но другие люди утверждают, что без таланта невозможно добиться по-настоящему блистательного успеха в карьере.
Я считаю, что наиболее важно упорство и желание работать. Во-первых, всё зависит от нас самих. Одного таланта мало, и человек должен сам своим трудом и усилием пробивать себе дорогу в жизни. Во-вторых, не каждый человек может похвастаться своей одаренностью. И даже, если у человека имеется талант, без особых усилий его не развить.
