Of Pushkin's children only the lines of Alexander and Natalia continue. Natalia's granddaughter, Nadejda, married into the British royal family (her husband was the uncle of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh).
Descendants of the poet now live around the globe in Great Britain, Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium and the United States.
Alexander Pushkin never saw Vilnius, but his son Grigory Alexandrovich had a house in Vilnius . He lived there with his wife Varvara.
