Jane asked Fatima how she liked her course.

Fatima replied that she hadn’t liked it at first and explained that she hadn’t been sure it had been right for her.

Jane wondered why she had had doubts about it.

Fatima said that there had been too much reading and none of the other students had seemed very friendly. Fatima added that she had got used to it and she liked it a lot then. Fatima wanted to know if Jane liked her course.

Jane replied the course was all right though she was not as interested in History as she had thought she had been.

Fatima wanted to know why Jane didn’t study something else then. She asked her about studying English.

Jane admitted that was a really good idea and added that then they could help each other with their work.
