Fresh Strawberries in Basalmic with Vanilla Ice Cream and Mint Quarter two baskets of fresh strawberries and put into a large mixing bowl. Add one and a half tablespoons brown sugar. Add one and a half tablespoons of quality basalmic vinegar. Mix while slightly bruising the strawberries. Set aside for 30 min. Scoop ice cream into a desert dish and top with 1/2 cup of strawberries and top with sprig of mint. This can be done with yogurt or strawberries alone. Or The strawberries can top anything.
