1. The sellers advised us that the
goods were ready for shipment.
2. The Buyers will open by cable a Letter of Credit in favour of the Sellers on(илиagainst) presentation of the following
documents.
3. The Buyer had the right to extend the period of validity of the letter of
Credit.
4. The payment for the goods is to be made in US dollars for the full value of the
goods on(или against) presentation by the Bank of the
shipping documents.
5. In the event of devaluation of the US dollar both parties have the right to
renegotiate the price of the goods.
